Post Graduate Program in Training, Learning &Development (PGP–TLD) Conducted by the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD)
1. Purpose of This Document
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, rights, and obligations of students enrolling in the Post Graduate Program in Training, Learning & Development (PGP–TL&D) conducted by the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD).
By applying for the program, paying the fees, attending classes, or using any learning resources provided by ISTD, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms are meant to ensure smooth academic delivery, maintain professional standards, and protect the interests of ISTD, faculty members, and students.
2. About the Program
The PGP–TL&D is a professional development program designed to enhance knowledge and skills in training, learning, and organizational development.
The program is not equivalent to a university degree unless explicitly stated otherwise. The certificate awarded is a professional qualification issued by ISTD upon successful completion of all program requirements.
3. Eligibility and Admission
3.1 Admission is granted based on the eligibility criteria defined by ISTD, which may include educational qualifications, work experience, interviews, or screening processes.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts where ISTD’s registered office is located.
